Secret Aardvark's Drunken Black Bean Sauce is an Asian-inspired hot sauce/marinade. It gets its Asian touch from soy sauce, garlic, and spices, which you can immediately smell when you open the bottle. Together, these flavor nuances form a taste bomb that explodes in your mouth. The sauce gets its deep dark color from the salted black beans which also add structure and delicious consistency. The whole thing is bound together by a bit of whiskey, which is the icing on the cake in several of Secret Aardvark's hot sauces.

Drunken Jerk is a mild hot sauce from Secret Aardvark made like a traditional Jamaican jerk marinade and is often used as a marinade for chicken, spare ribs or fried vegetables. Secret Aardvark has added soy sauce and rum in their version, which certainly does not make it worse! The taste is rich with notes of ginger roots, garlic as well as herbs and spices, which give a lot of flavor and surprise all our expectations for a marinade!

Serrabanero Green Hot Sauce combines Serrano and Habanero chili with tomatillos, green tomatoes, and spices. This hot sauce is a bit stronger than you might first expect from a green hot sauce, which usually is made on Jalapeños.
