When we met Jeff (co-owner of Town Brewery), we asked “what type of hot sauce do you like?” He replied, “all types of green sauces”. We responded, “well, we’re gonna make you the best f%#*ing green sauce you’ve ever had”. And we truly believe we did just that.

Tijuana Tom’s x Town Brewery - We took Towns signature Outside Jokes Pale Ale and paired it with roasted jalapeños and tomatillos, heated it with Chili de Arbol and a hint of Sunshine Carolina Reaper Powder. Aromatics are brought to the forefront of fresh lime and cilantro, and backed by a really unique spice blend including toasted fennel seed.
